Marley One - Product visualisation

Working with Roham Bayat at BLKHAT Studio, we were brought in to visualise Marley One's functional mushroom packaging design in 3D before it went to print. Combined with the design, the product features intricate texture techniques such as spot UV and blind embossing that would have been lost or misrepresented with a flat photoshop mockup. Our role was to bring these subtle finishes to life with realistic lighting and material work. We kept the tone dark and refined to avoid the bright and overly playfull aesthetic often seen in the wellness space. The renders gave the designers a better sense of how their work would translate physically allowing them to make sharper creative decisions early. This kind of previsulisation saves time, budget and elevates the design pricess as a whole.
